This is a photo I took last year, during the interfaith event promoted by OraWorldMandala to conmemorate Gandhi´s birth and the International Day of Nonviolence.
October 2nd is an important date in the history of Mexico as well.
In 1968, a large group of students was murdered by the government´s armed forces, while they were protesting peacefully right in the middle of Mexico City.
Esta es una photo que tomé el año pasado, durante el evento interreligioso producido por OraWorldMandala, para conmemorar el nacimiento de Gandhi y el Día Internacional de la No Violencia.
El 2 de octubre es también una fecha importante en la historia de México.
En 1968, un gran grupo de estudiantes fue asesinado por las fuerzas armadas del gobierno, en mitad de la ciudad de México, mientras protestaban pacíficamente.
